  • If an order is cancelled after payment, any approved refund will be processed using the applicable payment method.

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy:

  • Domestic shipping within Egypt: approximately 3 to 5 business days.
  • International shipping: approximately 21 to 30 business days.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless a product has a verified manufacturing defect. A defect claim must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and is subject to the requirements in our Refund Policy.
